Over the last 6 years, one question has been on my mind again and again. What do people need to finally work on their dreams and take the next step towards self-employment or entrepreneurship?

I hesitated and waited for a long time myself. Today I know that everything is easier and quicker if you "just" start.

As a self-employed entrepreneur, I have worked intensively to offer a plan that will help people overcome their fears and doubts and work step by step towards their goal. But everything starts with DOING.

I have developed a concept to help all people who want to free themselves from the dependency of a fixed job and build something where they can live from what they love to do!

Through my current training as a psychologist in the field of work, organizational and personnel psychology, I incorporate all new and scientifically based findings into the courses and mentoring.

  • For a long time, a very long time, I did things, learned, and planned, but I never really started to implement anything.

    I didn’t know how, and I didn’t see the way. Where should I begin? What is needed?

    Everything seemed so complex and unclear to me.

    Everyone always says that success starts with action. But what action?

    Over time, things started to come together, one piece after another. I gradually acquired more knowledge and had a supportive environment, coaches, and friends who encouraged my thinking and showed me entirely different—and I mean really 180° different perspectives.

    I had never viewed things from such perspectives before and didn’t even have access to thinking about things in that way.

    I started taking action and gained a wealth of experience in the process.

    Today, the possibilities seem limitless to me. I see opportunities that I had never recognized before, and every morning I’m full of energy, eager to continue working on my ventures.

    Simply put, today I have clarity about what the path looks like. The unknowns that once held me back from starting are now crystal clear.
